Cute Tommy Moment #784

Lately part of Tommy's bedtime ritual has included tucking his baby doll in a cardboard box bed with baby blankies and stuffed animals. For the past couple of days, I've asked him what his baby's name is, and he's always responded "Tommy." Pretty common response for a toddler, afterall, it's the name he knows best.

Last night, as we were cramming the last stuffed puppy rattle in with the injection-molded dolly, I asked him again what his baby's name was.

"Curly Baby," he said, running the words together for the first time in his mind as they rolled out of his mouth. He paused for a minute and then nodded, as if yes, "Curly Baby" was a fine name indeed.
